1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and phbing ("phbing," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the phbing online gaming platform accessible at phbing.club and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a phbing account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phbing Platform and, if you have already registered, request account closure through the phbing support channel.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active phbing account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. phbing will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register, maintain an account, or place wagers on the Platform.
• Residency and Location: You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the phbing Platform is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law at the time of each gaming session.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. This means you must not be subject to any legal guardianship or incapacity declaration that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from phbing or any gaming regulatory authority that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended phbing account. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Philippine Mobile Number: Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number (+63 prefix) capable of receiving SMS OTP messages. Non-Philippine mobile numbers are not accepted for account registration.

phbing reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process and prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys national ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, PRC identification card, and voter's identification card.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires submission of a valid Philippine mobile number, creation of a secure password, and confirmation of your agreement to these Terms and the 21+ age requirement. An OTP will be delivered to your registered mobile number to verify your identity at registration. phbing does not accept registration via email address as a primary identifier.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before phbing will process any withdrawal from your account. KYC verification requires submission of:

1. A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (as listed in Section 2);
2. A recent facial selfie photograph held alongside the submitted ID document; and
3. Any additional documentation that phbing's compliance team may request in connection with a specific account or transaction.

phbing targets a KYC review period of 15 to 30 minutes for standard submissions. Complex cases may take longer. phbing will not process withdrawals until KYC verification is successfully completed and approved.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbing login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phbing will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phbing support immediately at [email protected].

4. Player Obligations

By using the phbing Platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• To use the phbing Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• To fund your phbing account only with funds that are legally obtained and belong to you — not to funds derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity;
• To comply with all applicable Philippine laws and any other applicable laws governing your use of the Platform from your location;
• To promptly notify phbing of any error, fault, or malfunction encountered during your use of the Platform;
• To play in good faith and not to exploit any technical vulnerability, error in odds, or malfunctioning game for financial gain;
• To maintain only one active account per person and not to assist or enable any other person to circumvent the single-account policy;
• Not to use any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial method to play games, generate wagers, or interact with the Platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phbing accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-market payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may be subject to change; current availability is displayed in your phbing account wallet.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your phbing account balance in real time. Bank transfer and other payment method deposits may require up to 30 minutes for confirmation. phbing does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside phbing's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method linked to your phbing account. Withdrawal requests by verified account holders are processed within the following target timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: Under 3 minutes from approval for verified accounts, seven days a week including public holidays.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay): 15 minutes to 4 hours, subject to bank processing windows.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. phbing reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where it deems necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. Such checks may temporarily delay processing beyond the stated target timeframes.

5.4 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the phbing account holder, as verified through KYC. phbing will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

phbing offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all phbing bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible phbing account holders who have completed the KYC verification process, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bonuses are not available to players under 21 years of age.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports bets may each carry a different contribution percentage. Exact contribution rates are published with each individual promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless phbing explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: phbing reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or promotional fraud.
• Amendment and Withdrawal: phbing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where technically feasible, phbing will provide advance notice to affected players.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the phbing Platform — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, video slots, bingo, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules as published within the game interface or on the associated game information page.

phbing sources its game content from licensed third-party providers including but not limited to PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and CQ9. Each provider's games operate on certified random number generators (RNG) or live mechanical game outcomes (for live dealer tables) that are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game where technically possible.

In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game outcome and the outcome as recorded in phbing's server log, the server log shall be the definitive record. Technical malfunctions void all plays and wagers related to the malfunction. phbing will endeavor to notify affected players and restore balances to their pre-malfunction state.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbing Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal referral:

• Registering more than one phbing account, whether under the same or different identifying information;
• Registering or attempting to register while under the age of 21;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity;
• Using automated software, bots, exploits, or any artificial means to interact with Platform games or processes;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate live game outcomes, including at live dealer baccarat, blackjack, or other table games;
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers across phbing or in combination with other platforms;
• Attempting to access phbing accounts belonging to other players, or assisting any third party in doing so;
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing phbing Platform content, game outcomes, odds data, or promotional materials without written authorization;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward phbing staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Using phbing's payment infrastructure for any purpose other than legitimate gaming transactions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phbing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• The account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to phbing;
• The player has requested self-exclusion or has been placed on a mandatory exclusion list by a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phbing will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. Following conclusion of an investigation, phbing will either restore the account and balance, return the balance subject to applicable deductions, or permanently close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities, depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their phbing account at any time by contacting phbing support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following successful completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and identity verification checks.

10. Responsible Gaming

phbing is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. phbing provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and require a cooling-off period for increases.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to notify them of time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per period. Gameplay is suspended when the limit is reached until the next period commences.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the phbing Platform for defined periods (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible during the specified period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during gameplay to remind players of elapsed session time and net gaming activity.

phbing takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. Any player suspected of being under 21 will have their account suspended pending age verification, and any winnings accumulated during an underage registration will be forfeited.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the phbing Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, layout, and trademarks — is the proprietary property of phbing or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phbing Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any phbing Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phbing software or game;
• Use phbing's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the phbing Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbing's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their phbing account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the phbing Platform.

phbing does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phbing is not responsible for any damage to your device, data, or software arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phbing's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by phbing's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

phbing collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a phbing account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phbing processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management; identity and age verification (KYC); payment processing; fraud prevention and security monitoring; regulatory compliance; customer support; and platform improvement. phbing does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data subjects have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests may be submitted to the phbing data protection contact at [email protected].

14. Amendments to These Terms

phbing reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via notification to the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the phbing Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the phbing Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The current effective version of these Terms is always available on the phbing Platform at phbing.club/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a player and phbing relating to these Terms or the phbing Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phbing's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a dispute by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a detailed description of the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or applicable dispute resolution bodies with jurisdiction over the subject matter.
